New Orleans-Style Creamy Red Beans & Rice - A NOLA classic! Dark red beans slow-cooked in a rich & creamy sauce, the way my mom used to do it. Served with a scoop of steamed white rice. Vegetarian or with spicy andouille sausage on the side.

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo - The signature dish of Southern Louisiana! Andouille sausage and shredded chicken in a thick, flavorful dark brown roux. Seasoned to perfection and served over steamed white rice.

Crawfish Étouffée - One of our specialties! Louisiana crawfish tail meat simmered with onions, bell peppers and celery (aka Trinity vegetables) in a decadent, spicy sauce, this Cajun delicacy is bursting with flavor and served over steamed white rice. Don’t fear the crawfish...

Jambalaya Perhaps the most widely-known Louisiana dish, ours is a well-seasoned mix of chicken, pulled pork, andouille sausage and trinity vegetables slow-cooked together with rice. Gluten-Free

Pasta-laya - Voodoo Kitchen’s take on traditional jambalaya using spaghetti instead of rice. It's loaded with pulled pork, chicken, andouille sausage and trinity vegetables. My brother Mike taught me this one!

Granny’s Grillades -  Tender Roast Beef slow cooked in a rich Creole sauce with large-cut Trinity Vegetables and served over steamed white rice. 

Voodoo Shrimp & Grits - Inspired by the BBQ Shrimp at NOLA’s famous Pascal’s Manale, this dish features succulent Gulf shrimp sautéed in olive oil and a blend of Italian herbs and Creole spices. Oh, and garlic. Lots of garlic... Served over some Big Easy Cheezy Grits, it’s crazy good!

Toasted Muffaletta - A New Orleans original created by Central Grocery in the heart of the French Quarter. This dreamy sandwich is loaded with Italian meats, provolone cheese and an olive mix-marinated-vegetable-salad that is to die for. The bread and the olive salad is shipped to us from Gambino's Bakery in New Orleans.

Roast Beef Po’boy - Slow-cooked seasoned roast beef, pulled and swimming in a savory Creole gravy served on French bread from Gambino's Bakery in NOLA. Get it dressed with shredded lettuce, tomato, mayo and pickles. You’ll need extra napkins too.

Blackened Shrimp Po’boy - Plump Gulf shrimp seasoned to perfection and served on French bread from Gambino's Bakery in NOLA.

Smoked Andie Po'boy - Andouille sausage with grilled onions & peppers and provolone cheese served on a French Pub Roll and finished with our Voodoo Remoulade.

Mardi Gras Chicken Tenders - Chicken Breast tenders breaded with herbs & spices then deep-fried and finished with our Voodoo Remoulade. 

Crescent City Meat Pie - A deep-fried hand pie filled with ground beef and trinity vegetables simmered in a spicy sauce. Served over jambalaya and drizzled with our house-made Voodoo Remoulade. 

Boudin Balls - Two golf-ball sized pieces of deep fried awesome! Ground pork, veggies and rice seasoned just right and drizzled with our house-made Voodoo Remoulade. Served on a scoop of Jambalaya.

Cajun Craw-Fries - Seasoned Curly Fries smothered in our Crawfish Étouffée!

Dirty Voodoo Fries - Seasoned Curly Fries smothered in our Chicken & Sausage Gumbo!
