Mardi Gras, Bourbon Street, music, gumbo and voodoo are synonymous with the Crescent City, and “laissez les bon temps rouler” (let the good times roll) is the rule of law. The Voodoo Kitchen food truck promises to infuse the Central Florida mobile food scene with a fun and interactive dining experience. Many of the menu items are made-from-scratch, and we have several specialty items shipped to us from Louisiana, helping to ensure that we deliver the authentic flavors of Southern Louisiana! Our food is offered in a quick-service style to minimize your wait without compromising personal attention.

The husband and wife team of Kevin and Diana Brune own Voodoo Kitchen. Kevin hails from a New Orleans family whose Louisiana roots can be traced back three generations. Cooking and eating have been as big a part of their lives as “passing a good time”. But “Cajun” and “Creole” are more than marketing terms to him - he is deeply proud of his Louisiana heritage and Mississippi Gulf Coast upbringing. Melding his business and executive management skills in the entertainment, hospitality and culinary sectors with his passion for cooking and entertaining, he is uniquely qualified to own, operate and chef for Voodoo Kitchen.

Diana is a not-so-silent partner (she actually came up with the name Voodoo Kitchen). She is employed full-time at Walt Disney World (thank goodness!), and brings to the table more than 20 years experience in the hospitality and entertainment industry. Diana fell in love with New Orleans in the 80’s while at the World’s Fair, married into a New Orleans family in the 90’s, and now finds herself in the business of bringing a taste of NOLA to Orlando. She will lend her professional expertise and creative talents to the operation behind the scenes, and will assist with front of house operations whenever her Disney schedule allows.

Whether making the rounds on the daily lunch circuit, participating in one of the many locally-organized Food Truck functions, or operating in a private “for hire” capacity, the Voodoo Kitchen promises to bring a party atmosphere wherever it decides to park!
