    Inspired by the BBQ Shrimp at NOLA’s famous Pascal’s Manale, this dish features succulent Gulf shrimp sautéed in olive oil, wine and a blend of Italian herbs and Creole spices. Oh, and garlic. Lots of garlic... Served over some Big Easy Cheezy Grits, it’s crazy good!

  • Red Beans & Rice

     

    A Creole classic! Dark red beans slow-cooked in a rich & creamy sauce, the way my mom used to do it. Served with a scoop of rice and an andouille sausage plank.

  • Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

     

    The signature dish of Southern Louisiana! Spicy smoked sausage and braised chicken in a thick, flavorful dark brown roux. Seasoned to perfection and served over rice.
